EckoPhonic
EckoPhonic is a Pop/Rock/Dance band composed of members from 3 very popular Midwest bands; Planet Boom, The 9's and Cactus Hill. You'll hear songs from a variety of artists like Lady Gaga, Prince, Bryan Adams, Blondie and more. The songs are familiar but the style is uniquely EckoPhonic!
EckoPhonic is:
Annette Eckleberry, lead vocals and keyboards, used her beauty, brains and talent to propel Planet Boom to the height of popularity in the early 2000's.
Brian Eckleberry, lead vocals, keyboards and guitar. Brian first joined Head Over Heels, then Knucklehead, and then formed Planet Boom with Annette and Steve Busteed. Most recently Brian has enjoyed being a popular fixture as the keyboardist for Cactus Hill.
Dan Maca, drums, is a vital part of the Eckophonic sound. Dan has helped make Eckophonic's popular cover songs into unique performances. Dan has been the drummer for the very popular recording artists, The 9's as well as some very popular blues acts - Dave Barger and The Blues Society All Stars.
Eric Reimnitz, guitar and vocals, comes to Eckophonic from Cactus Hill. His guitar playing has been described as funky, tasty and technical. All that translates into a sound that keeps 'em on the dance floor. Eric has also played with Bluehouse!
Steve Busteed, bass and vocals. Steve has toured nationally with Country artist like Jolie Edwards and rock guitar virtuoso, Michael Lee Firkins. He started his Midwest career with High Heel and the Sneakers, was a founding member of The Fishheads and then went on to join Head Over Heels, Knucklehead and Planet Boom.
